Situated at our premises in Eveleigh, Boksburg, the boardroom provides a private and professional environment away from the distractions of the office.
Whether you require a neutral venue for a mediation, a comfortable setting for a client consultation, or simply a professional space for an important meeting, the room is available by the hour or for the full day.

The Boardroom

The boardroom comfortably accommodates up to 8 people around a spacious conference
table and provides an environment conducive to focused discussion and constructive
engagement.

A large screen is available for presentations, document review, virtual attendance and online
meetings, making the room equally suitable for in-person and hybrid proceedings.

    subject to availability. This is particularly useful for mediations, arbitrations and
    negotiations where parties may require separate spaces for private discussions or
    caucuses. Additional rooms or spaces may attract an additional charge.

Snacks and additional refreshments can be arranged on request and will be added to
the clients account.

Rates

R200 per hour
Ideal for consultations, shorter meetings and proceedings.

R1 500 per day
Suitable for mediations, arbitrations, hearings and longer meetings requiring the room for the
day.

Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance where the room is
required for a mediation, arbitration or full-day proceeding.
